If you purchase a gift certificate, it will be sent to your email within 24 hours after payment.

International delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days. Delays may occur due to courier service operations or customs regulations in different countries.

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the packaging. If it is damaged, do not accept the parcel.

Important: We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed by your country. Please check these in advance — payment of such charges is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

During holidays, order shipments may be temporarily paused.

Payment Methods
The available payment methods are listed in the "Terms of Use" section. We do not accept any other payment methods beyond those specified. Please do not attempt to make payments through alternative methods — in such cases, we are not responsible for any loss of funds or potential damages.

Payment Process
We start production once the payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few days. If payment is not received within 12 calendar days from the order date, the order will be automatically canceled.
Payment is only possible with correctly provided and verified payment information.

Price and Currency
All prices on the website are listed in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated separately for the entire order — you can find more details in the «Delivery» section.
In the final checkout window, you will see the total amount including shipping costs. This amount will also be indicated in the order confirmation sent to your email.
If you pay by card, the amount will appear on your statement in your local currency — the conversion is done at your bank’s exchange rate on the payment date. We do not control the exchange rate set by your bank.

Price Changes
Prices on the website may change, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 7 days after payment — completely free of charge. If the order has not yet been shipped (status "Not shipped"), your refund will be processed immediately after the cancellation is confirmed.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier service, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please proceed with a return after delivery.

Important: once a cancellation or return request is submitted for international orders, it cannot be undone.

If the item you received is defective or does not match your order, you have the full right to return it. Upon confirmation of a valid claim: — we will refund the full cost of the item — and the delivery cost (excluding any additional charges for alternative delivery methods, if you chose them)

The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the item. However, we may withhold the refund until:
— we receive the returned item
— or receive confirmation that you have sent it.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details when submitting the return request — this is necessary to process the refund to your account.
